Our recurring meal plan payment process will ensure your account always remains up to date, and we will take payment every week or month on the day the initial payment was made, ensuring your delivery schedule is never interrupted, enabling you to meet all of your goals week after week.

How does the ordering and payment of my weekly or monthly plan work?

We know that your week may differ from time to time, so for ease, you can pause your deliveries at any time.

Once you have selected your weekly or monthly meal plan, you then pick the meals you’ll enjoy, and we'll then deliver your restaurant quality cooked meals right to your front door. We also know that every now and then your circumstances may change from time to time, so for ease, you can skip or cancel a week at any time, as and when you deem it necessary to do so, after which, your weekly or monthly deliveries will then resume as normal every Wednesday and Sunday - It's that simple, giving you total flexibility at all times. 

As our meal plans are totally flexible you can do this at any time by simply giving us 7 days notice in writing to info@diets2go.co.uk and we will then advise you on how to do this.

When you recommend a friend and they then sign up to one of our recurring meal plans, we will give you 5 free snacks, 5 free juices and an additional free delivery worth of meals on whatever meal plan you are currently on (Maximum of 7 Meals & Terms Apply),  each and every time you do this - before you know it, you could be getting all your deliveries for free, and never have to pay for your meal plan again! If I recommend a friend what incentives do I get? 

As our meal plans are totally flexible you can do this at any time by simply giving us 3 days notice for your Wednesday delivery and 3 days notice for your Sunday delivery, in writing to info@diets2go.co.ukm and we will then advise you on how to do this.

Can I add additional meals to my deliveries?

Our deliveries are twice a week, and they will be delivered to you every Wednesday and Sunday on your 5, 6 or 7 day recurring meal plan, and once a week if you opt for one of our 3 day recurring meal plans.

For every pound you spend on main meals only, you will get a 100% Cashback credit applied to your account, to be used over the next 12 months, against the First Months order value on the recurring meal plan you place with us (Terms and Conditions Apply, specifically Section 16, Discount Codes, Cashback, Vouchers and Promotions).

We are an Eco-conscious company and pride ourselves on sourcing organic, local, fresh ingredients and we cook our meals fresh for every delivery to ensure the quality of our ingredients remain at their peak.

We want you to achieve your goals, so we have been meticulous in listing the ingredients, macros and calories included in each meal, you can even scan our meals using the MyFitnessPal app.

As a Company we don't serve Haram food and all the meat we use is Halal.

You can Microwave our convenient meals in the container provided for a couple of minutes or eat them cold, or you decant to a pan and gently heat for a few minutes.

Please remove the contents from all packaging and transfer to an oven proof dish and heat.

When you receive your meals, place them in the fridge and consume within 3-days, if you miss a meal or want to eat it later, no problem, simply pop them into your freezer and consume within 3-months, defrost before reheating.

We currently use various couriers depending on the area you live in, and in certain areas we also have local drivers, either way, we promise to let you know when your delivery is on its way.
